William J. Gianos graduated from Trenton State College (now known as The College of New Jersey) with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with a minor in business administration. After college he worked on Wall Street for two years, prior to attending Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 1982. He worked as a corporate attorney dealing with land use, environmental law issues and corporate law until he started his private practice in 1987.
Mr. Gianos has served as attorney to several municipalities in Hunterdon County, as both a Board of Adjustment attorney and a Planning Board attorney. He served as assistant prosecutor in several municipalities over a span of 15 years.
He is the head of the real estate and land use division of the firm, concentrating on residential and commercial real estate transactions as well as land use and zoning issues, both as a Planning Board/Board of Adjustment attorney and as an applicant's attorney. He is also involved with wills, estates, trusts, business formations, purchases and sales.

Mark Phillips, a partner in the firm, obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Golden Gate University. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Rider College.
